Comprehensive Prosthodontic Treatment of an Elderly Patient with Compromised Ridges: A Clinical Case Report

Introduction: The objective of a complete denture prosthesis is restoring aesthetics, comfort, and function by the replacement missing dental alveolar structures employing stable prosthesis. Case Report: Many conditions can complicate treatment plan fabrication Complete in clinically compromised challenging task for dentist. In this clinical report, we present comprehensive management patient with denture-induced hyperplasia, flabby ridge, severely resorbed edentulous ridge. three-part strategy above-mentioned challenges provide high-quality dentures, based on recognized prosthodontic principles. This first part will discuss induced hyperplasia elimination inflammation excision lesion. Part two cover ridge using modified window technique impression maxillary tissues an improved controlled application material that usually obtainable practice. three highlights rehabilitation procedure mandibular functional minimum soft tissue displacement neutral zone arrangement teeth to improve stability denture. Conclusion: ridges was successful.
